Key Entertainment Group of Partner Companies is proud to help Artists & Musicians create a Professional Single CD and Music Video for Music/Song. This is not a contest it is a competition with the winning Artist, Singer & Musician being judged on their own merits. This is an open competition for Artists, Singers & Musicians to compete not against a million other individuals instead only competing against 250 in each category.

1 out of 250 in each Category will be awarded a $25,000 single recording contract to record a single song/music and produce a video for that song. This helps establish new and existing Artists, Singers and Musicians with a professional CD & Video.

Rules: You must be 12 or over and have your parent or guardians permission if you are under 18. You must be legally registered and have a completed video and music/song paid upload. You must select your category as one as so listed Rap, country, R&B, Rock, Musician, Entertainer & JR Entertainer (ages 12-17). You are only competing against 250 (you plus 249) other Artists, Singers and Musicians. Selection is made when 250 Artists, Singers and Musicians have completed the process for qualifying for the competition. This is not a contest; the Artist, Singer or Musician selected in each category is based upon their skills. You may upload as many videos songs/music as you want. Each subsequent entry is judged based upon its own merits. Each completed upload consists of 1 song/music & 1 video upload will count as a separate entry. The competition rules may change at any time. The sponsored competition is operated at the website www.toozit.com  a wholly owned subsidiary of the Key Entertainment Group Inc www.keyentertainmentgroup.com with the Key Entertainment Group of Partner companies. Total number of registered competitors is 250 per category. One contestant per category will be selected and awarded a Single CD & Video for the CD (CD Single is one song/music & video for the song/music). Competition starts when first registered competitor is registered and qualifies. Competition will remain open for a period of 30 days, if number of registrants is not met within 30 days the competition will be extended for 60 more days, if minimum is not met with 90 full days the competition is cancelled.
